Reporting Sexual Misconduct
Institutions of higher education in Pennsylvania are required to write and publish clear and understandable policies and procedures concerning sexual violence and harassment. As of June 27, 2020, institutions in Pennsylvania must provide an online reporting system that allows students and employees to report sexual misconduct, harassment, or violence anonymously. ASPIRA City College maintains advanced internet and data security protocols throughout its website to protect the privacy of those requesting information, applying for admission and financial aid through our APPLY NOW portal, and the information submitted in this reporting form. The ASPIRA City College Title IX Coordinator or qualified designee reviews and investigates all reported complaints. ASPIRA City College publishes its Safety and Security Manual with detailed policies and procedures about all areas of safety and security, including sexual harassment, misconduct, and violence. In addition to the Manual, the College publishes two additional documents, its Annual Crime Statistic Report and a Student Bill of Rights, to empower our students and community with vital information. We encourage you to read these documents in their entirety. They are available online under the Consumer Information Tab at aspiracitycollege.edu.
